Vicky is a teacher and has worked in education for 16 years with over 10 years’ experience of leadership in a range of contexts, including as a Deputy Headteacher and a Leadership Consultant. Vicky is passionate about school-to-school support and has developed a number of strategies to strengthen the leadership of Teaching and Learning and Quality of Education. She has supported schools in challenging circumstances and has a passion for school improvement. Vicky has led on the provision for Pupil Premium children in 3 schools with high deprivation indicators, in both Primary and Secondary settings.
Vicky has written several articles published by leading education magazines and organisations, as well as for music education, the subject that first bought her into teaching. She has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and is an Advanced Skills Teacher. Vicky currently works as a Leadership Consultant at The Minster Junior School in Croydon.
